Once your Prospa Card arrives in the mail, you can activate it in Prospa Online or the Prospa App.
Simply log in and navigate to the Cards page from the menu, then follow the steps to activate. From here, you can also change your card PIN, freeze your card or toggle contactless payments on/off.
