When you choose to freeze your Prospa Card, it will temporarily disable purchases made using your card, both online and in-person.
You can freeze your card in Propsa Online or the Prospa App; simply navigate to the Cards page from the menu and switch on the Freeze card toggle (from grey to green). To unfreeze your card, switch the same toggle off (from green to grey).
